Boris is a global executive coach and Managing Partner of our executive coaching boutique with offices in Frankfurt, Germany & Washington, D.C, USA. As a pioneer in his field he was one of the first executive coaches in Asia.  His coaching style is challenging, solution focused & inspiring to ensure the sustainable growth of his clients and their businesses. Boris primarily works with clients in  Europe and the Middle East.


In one-on-one coaching he is a trusted sparring partner and sounding board to senior executives (CXO, MD, VP, Senior Partner) and high potentials of globally active firms who are ready to take their performance to the next level.  In team coaching, he creates a challenging environment for leaders and their teams to learn to succeed as a team by utilizing the strengths of all team members.

Before establishing his executive coaching practice in Germany in 2003, Boris served as General Manager & EVP of a digital business in the United States, as Managing Partner of a company specializing in cross-cultural services and as Managing Director of an international business consulting firm, both in Japan.



Boris earned a Master´s degree in International Strategy & Diplomacy from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. He attended continuing education programs  in Leadership & Innovation at Stanford University and in Managing Stress & Building Resilience at Harvard University. He has been trained at some of the leading coaching schools in the US and UK. He is certified in High Performance Coaching and Team Coaching. Boris has also been certified in the use of assessments such as DISC & PIAV, Team Diagnostics, Hogan Assessments, the Cultural Orientation Indicator and 360 degrees feedback tools.



As a member of the world´s leading coaching organizations, the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Association for Coaching (AC) and as an affiliate of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), he actively promotes the quality and ethical standards of his profession.
